Mini ATV Need help with wiring

Hello guys!
I found a mini atv on the side of the road and decided to try to fix. It has a 2 stroke 49cc engine with electric start. However I'm having some trouble with the wiring which is really messed up. There's also an alarm system attached which I would like to remove. As my knowledge of all this is quite limited it would be of great help if you could indicated what needs to be attached what and if any new components are needed.

I can't see the other side of the engine, but i'm guessing it has electric start ?
Are you wanting to run light's on it ?

If it still has a pull starter you can wire them up pretty easy.
Is there 1 wire coming out from behind the pull start area ?

Yes it has an electric start and no I don't want lights on it. I just got it to run with just the pull start, but would still be nice to also have the electric start working. And yes there is one black wire coming out which I for now hooked up to the kill switch.
