Mini bike chain issues

I have a 07 doodle bug and the chain keeps popping off. The sprockets are perfectly aligned and the chain tension is perfect the teeth on the sprockets are in good shape. When I ride the chain will pop off of the clutch the clutch can wiggle just a hair but nothing major it’s just really annoying when I can only ride for 10 minutes before it pops off.
