Need help Apollo 007

So picked a Apollo 007 for my 14 year old. First day put new oil in before starting. Got it to start after 30 try’s on the kick start. I had him drive it for a hour not pushing the throttle to much. Want him to break in the bike. Day 2 bike starts up after 3 kicks. He drives it for a hour bike starts to bog shuts off and now it won’t start at all. I’ve check to see if gas is flowing gas is passing through. Check for spark spark is fine. Checked kill switch even bypass it bike still won’t start. Now on his last run I did notice oil dripping out of the air filter. I’m wondering if we just got a lemon and the motor is toast. Thank you
