Need info on OKO 28mm carb

Hi,
I have a 28mm OKO carb. It does not have a power jet on the inlet side of the carb but for some reason it has a brass spigot mounted on top of the rear portion of the carb outlet that faces the head adjacent to the choke. This brass spigot goes through to a small jet on the outlet side of the carb. What am I supposed to do with this spigot? Connect it to something or block it off? I don't know what the purpose of it is?
Any advice will be appreciated

Hi,

Attached is a photo of the brass spigot on the outlet side of the carb left of the choke. Hope this helps.

Hmm looks like it's been blocked with solder??? I'd say probably block it, if you get you air compressor with a nozzle blow in the hole in the guts, try locate where the air passage way is, cheers
