I can't really tell with no specs and crappy pic, but from what I can see it looks crap, spend a bit and get a second hand jap 250.
so far I've never seen a chinese big bike that looked worth buying, and 200cc would be underpowered and overweight

i ended up buying one exact same for $500 it is not bad its not a full size bike its a bit smaler in size but just a starter bike for me and the other half, i also took your advive and thinking about buying a 06 yz250f
