Hi to everyone

I'm a new member and long time stalker 😂

Iv recently built a what I think is a yx125
Ip52fmi

When I first got the bike it was standard and it was OK power wise.
Wanting more naturally I did research first..
I eventually bought a vm22 mikuni carb and it made a nice difference especially up at the high revs

I then got a big valve head 27mm intake valve and 23mm exhaust valve, put that on and it made an even bigger difference and I timed it up as told by various websites.

I found it wasnt revving out as it should like a premature rev limiter.
So I pulled the head off and wanted to investigate where top dead centre fell in relation to the timing marks and found the timing mark on the flywheel to casing wasn't allowing the piston to reach top dead centre. So I marked it where it was at top dead centre. Fitted the head with the new found timing. it runs amazing so much more power upto and revs out like it should aswell.

For the last piece I portmatched the carb to the intake tube and head and it that helped further again.

Thanks
