On the days at Fort Lytton when they are not racing there is the big bike sessions then the smaller ones. When i go, i go in the small session and each session goes for about 10-15 mins. I think it opens at 8 and closes at 4 so you normally leave early, plus its only $30. so you get heaps more riding.
