Please help getting pit bike to run

So i bought a small 90cc 4 stroke chinese off-brand pit bike knowing it doesn't run and thought it would be very easy to fix but i cant figure out whats wrong with it. It has good compression (blows my finger off the spark plug hole when i crank it) there is a nice blue spark but i think fuel isn't getting to the combustion chamber. I know its getting to the carburetor because the float bowl fills up and i cleaned the jets. I can put gas directly into the combustion chamber and it runs for a few seconds but nothing beyond that. I can also spray carb cleaning fluid into the air filter and it runs for a few seconds also. Its quite confusing and i really cant figure it out. PLEASE HELP

There's a few threads on here that will help you with that. How many turns out are your idle and mixture screws? Did you completely remove them when you cleaned the carb?
