In need of help with wiring my 155z, so i have just had the frame painted, and ive just reassembled the bike and had a starting issuse, so checked for spark, no good, now ive got the wiring off have swaped out cdis, coils packs, spark plugs, kill switches every thing execpt a sator plate. But sator plate looks fine and was running no problem before.
On a different note i have definitely seen spark 2 times in total. It happend just after changing the cdi. Once it sparked (once) did not spark again.
The earth wire is bolted on to the frame and the contact point is suffed up with sand paper so its a good connection.
So this has left me stumped? Engine was running fine before i striped bike and painted the frame... Any help would be most appreciated!
