It hadn't been started for a few years so i thought id get it goin again.
got new sparky, new air filter, pulled down carb and cleaned. fresh petrol.
i got it started. but it revs really high n then dies. i played around with the air n idle screws for ages but just couldnt get em right. it also makes a loud ticking noise, i remember someone saying that it this is an indicator of a top end rebuild needed.
what do you guys reckon?

my neigbour was explaining somthing about the can chain being streched and it makes like a ticking noise coz i had the same noise on my 90 so new oil may help with it

try tightening the cam chain to eliminate the problem or replace it
