Rear Brake system broke

Hello, today my rear brake broke on my X-Pro 250cc Pit bike, the brake system welding just snapped (because of rust) while I was riding around leading to the rear brake not working at all. I believe welding the brake system back together with some new metal plates will make it working again. But just to make sure I would like to get some confirmation on this or other help. thanks!

Welcome to miniriders yeah just make a new bracket you can weld on and drill some holes or even just bolt it on
With some high tensile bolts and a good amount of loctite hope that helps

I got it welded today, not with new brackets but it worked. The rear brake is now fixed. Thanks for the reply!
