Revving Flat Out

hey guys i am having a problem with my orion 125 mini bike as when i start it it is revving at nearly full throttle. i was wondering if anyone would have any ideas of what the problem could be?

Have a play around with the throttle cable. Its probably just caught up and pulling too tight.

i still get a little bit of throttle so it might possibly be getting caught on something and not springing back i guess...i will try that but if anyone else knows what other problems it could be please let me know

it might be the idle screw. the idle screw is on the side of the carb and looks like a screw

ye try the idle screw or re do the throttle cable

this happend on my old bike, i took the plastics off and the cable had popped out of the groove in the tank i just popped it back in, it was fine,check the cable on the tank

1st check the cable 1st n if that dont work play with ur idle...n if that dont work clean out ur carby

turn the choke off.

the choke might be off anyway!

the choke dumps extra fuel into the manifold makin it rev real high on idle.
