Any ideas on how to take this out, I snapped a easy out in there trying to take it out, I've got it soaked in penetrating oil.

try it with some heat on the caliper, gas torch for a few seconds etc
feeding some candle wax into it, can help penetrate the rust while it's warm.

the other thing to try is some decent brand vise grips.
clamp them on as tight as you can get them, and make sure they dont slip.
you might be able to turn it so the bolt comes out through the inside

Throw it in the bin and get another caliper, they're only what $40? including master cylinder and line. Hardly worth stuffing about with
Gives you some spares and a nice fresh brake system.

yeah you could use the cheapo brakes, they are just ok on a basic pitbike.

i'm pretty sure that caliper is the rear off his 2003 CR125

here is a brake upgrade thread-

people that want good brakes on their pittys usually use jap bike brakes as upgrades.
like the KX65 caliper, YZF450/YZ250 Nissin master, and STR CNC billet mounts

Snapped the shaft with vice grips while turning it and ended up drilling it out with a cobalt bit. Cleaned up as much of the bolt as I could and then got a thread tap and made some decent thread, i can't torque it up hard but I can get it snug, I put some medium strength threadlocker on there to stop it from falling out, would you say its enough? Also thanks to everyone for the input :)

the reason it broke, it could have been a l/h thread ?

nah,
if you couldn't cut a decent thread into the caliper, you might need to go for a helicoil kit.
those slide bolts need to be tight, otherwise the caliper will move around a lot
it will wear out discs and pads prematurely
