Hi was just wondering if any.ppl had any thoughts on this bike. weather its any good. i dont really see it mentioned in the opening thread " buy for your budget "

If anybody could shed some light that would be appreciated. cheers

Hey mate,

First question is "where are you located, U.S?, Australia? Antarctica? .... should help the folks recommend a bike company close to you.

As for the SLY 50, never heard of it, might be another name for a more common bike? Do you have a link for it?

sly 50's are sold buy buzz bikes

and is more than likely an atomik or bse with sly50's (buzz bikes) stickers on it

i've also seen a revmx and a psto with sly 50's stickers on it

depending on what your looking at dont pay to much for it

I done a google search for sly 50 i came up with a site that didn't even load pages properly its actuallly called buzzbikes.com.au or some crap when you click on the our products page link you get this..... LOL

Not Found

The requested URL /buzzbikes/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

HHMMMMMMMM ......

Actually no matter what u click on its comes up with NOT FOUND .... is it just me or does it do this for everyone ?

Bike looks to be a pretty good build. It is using the crf50 plastic design, making it the smaller scale of pitbikes. The mono swingarm adds a bit of stability and improves handling for the larger rider. The USD forks look to be decent quality and the rear shock looks to be a Fastace which have a pretty good reputation for there price.

Having an alloy frame will make it lighter and generally stronger (all relying on build quality of course) but the twin spar design I find personally annoying! In order to reach the carby (which is a necessity) you have to remove both the seat and tank, making it a difficult bike to work on.

Overall it's not to bad a bike, but that all depends on what price you can get it for and its engine condition.

I would be careful of the frame. looks like it has the potential to snap. Correct me if im wrong

Well its a billit frame an im not jumping it. thats the exact bike 140 in it at the moment getting a new 160 put in it. the bike is new

where can i get one of those exact frames?
