Splatering when in high revs.

When my mate starts riding his bike it ride's fine but once u wined it out and your in high rev's it starts to splatter and makes no more power it just get to a certain rev and start splattering. It has a BIG BORE H-BOMB CARBON FIBER EXHAUST and a 30mm mikuni carby. Any thought of what it might be or where i should start first looking at

yeh ive heard with the h bomb pipe on a stock carby and not jetting change and not tuned for the pipe it boggs and so on ill soon find out im gunna get a new motovert style h bomb after chrissy
try to retune or maybe even rejet the carby to suit the exhaust
