SSR 125cc wont start!

My SSR 125cc pit bike wont start. It has Spark, Compression, everything it needs to start. It started and i rode it a little bit then i washed it off because it was dirty and now it wont start. My carb was broken so i ordered a new one. Please help

Maybe the CDI got wet and now it needs to dry, always use an air compressor to blow excess water from all electrical terminals and cover the air filter. Even though you have spark if the CDI is wet it won't start till it is dry. Also drain the fuel from the carb incase water got thru the airfilter.
