Where can I buy this carburetor?

JING KE PE 74A CH29 - 30MM per Owners Manual

I can’t find it any where on line to purchase. I’m done playing with the settings. Just want to put a new one in and see what happens. I live in warm weather year round. I have air screws backed out 1.5 turns. I think I have the idle screw correct 1500-1800 rpm but gets real hot and back fires/pops only when decelarrting from a faster speed.
