Hi Guys,

Can any one help me with a wiring diagram for a 125 ststaor. I have re wired it every way I can think, but there is still no spark.

is it dark when you are looking for the spark?, sometimes it is hard to see

try this, remove the spark plug and leave it hanging on the plug lead
stick your finger tip in the plug thread in the head (not all the way in) and with the same hand hold the spark plug, with your other hand give the kicker lever a push down and see if you get a little tingle/tickle through your hand holding the plug

there are plenty of threads here in regards to wiring, just use the search tab up the top
the stator wiring colours usually matches up with the loom wiring.

check the terminals inside the stator wiring socket and plug are not spread out too.
sometimes you need to put a jewellers screwdriver in there and close up the gaps to get a good contact

Many thanks for your reply. I have tried your sujestions but with no success, is it possable that the stator is falty.

Did it work before? What color wires are from the stator? What wiring harness are you using? Pics may help.
