Surging ? Revs go up and down

It runs perfect now spark plug is the nicest coffee brown I've ever see it ! And it dosont stall any more.. Keep trying TI twist it faster and faster and it has a slight hesitation but picks up regain time not to stall, just as a reference it was the (continually washed and re-used paper filter) that was the proplem :grinning-smiley-003

i reckon we told you that in your first question here , lol
so to get rid of that hesitation, change the Pilot Jet to a #17.5 or a #20, $5 plus post from DHZ Mikuni Carburetor Slow / Main Jets
