cases are polished .
the tb clutch case was a nightmare to do ..
two cans of stripper ,, brass wire wheel on a drill , then 800 wet n dry .
a half hour on the buffing wheel started to show results .
here is the other side ,," with crappy stator cover , and waaaaay short sidestand " .


eagle eyes will note no gear shaft ,, as clutch was in the shed being done at the time .
the oil catch can fitted neatly behind the z50 battery cover ..
rear sprocket has been changed to a 31 tooth setup .

i want to move the rear shock mounts back a bit ,, maybe an inch to two inch to bring the back end down a tad .
also pull the springs off the shocks and get rid of the gold .
a new mini trail badge needs to replace the paint stripped gold one as well .
and a pit bike style chain roller kit needs fitting .

realised i hadnt updated this one in a bit .

heres how this bike ended
bse 110 motor
changed to a braced swing arm ,and shorter fork set " that brought the bike down to a kid friendly height " .
heat wrapped the nhrc exhaust ,,
and sold it off at christmas .
