Damn dude they came up sweet as!!! Gotta be stoked with that one.

Where did you get the excel rim and hub from?

Where did you get them laced?

got the rims from some american mob and the they were laced by bikes plus in essendon
thye all ways cop my 2 hard basket **** lol

It might pay to move the remote reservoir for the shock to the other side of the sub frame... Part of the reason for the remote reservoir is to increase heat dissipation and you've hung it over your muffler ;)

Sweet looking build!

The res isnt anywere close to the exhaust..looks close in pic but it isnt

Mate it's coming along awesome. I'm a huge fan of those tyres and rims! Gonna be sick when you get the motor in. I've been riding mine heaps to work lately. The gear shifting seems a bit dodgy so I'll keep riding it untill it gives in before upgrading motors

Post some pics of urs dude..need to see more rx's..
Interesting to c how many were brought in and how many are still alive lol

Looking better every post!
Did you check the chain with your weight on the bike, looks a bit tight to me ?
Do you have to change the caliper and mount too if you are fitting a smaller disc or was it originally a 190mm rear ?
What is actually rubbing ?

Yeah igs gotta be loosened a tad but not much as i weigh like 70kg

I went with a genuine pitstetpro rear cnc caliper and big single from a x4R and turns out they run a 190mm..the 200mm round disk was fouling the caliper and it wont bolt on

Yeah they are definately hard,
you need Cobalt bits to drill them, even then you need to use a slow drill speed and cutting oil to keep the temp down and bits sharp
