why just $10 more for suspension kit mega moto 80/105?!

am I missing something or why is it only $10 more for the one with front shocks?

And, I can't find any info on dimensions, looking for overall length including the tires is 49"?

someone said the one without shocks comes with a TC but from videos all I found yet was the one WITH shocks comes with a simple clutch which I don't want, and youtubers saying yea why wouldn't the website mention this? I already asked GPS and the rep didn't seem to know, dodged the question and just said something like they're both great options! I will email them again to be sure. I do want a TC and not a clutch and I do want shocks. they have the suspension fork for $89 and I can swap out and sell the non suspension one new and it not be much a loss, if the one w o shocks does have a TC or whatever the case may be.
