So, he has one but has same issue chain tensioner bolt snapped in swing arm lol

That would be the one I polished up before he took it from me!!!

Was going to do the same thing but was way too much effort to get the bolt out. He had already screwed it trying.

Yeah it's a head **** when they snap off but trying to find a new ones seeming very hard. Still waiting to hear back from dhz

My father in law thought he would help me ou and **** it even more with a ****en text screw

That's a relatively easy thing to fix
I'm guessing it'd take me half an hour at the most.

I have my way's.
Being a panel beater for year's i learn't how to get most broken bolt's out, and one's that i couldn't get out easily were cut off/out and the part repaired.

Its not secret men's business .. get yourself a quality metal rivet drill bit .. A bit of care and drill through the bolt ..

Bolt will crumble (take care not to blemish thread) and you can remove with small flat screw driver ,tweezers or similar ..

Done plenty of these.

You need a Carbide burr to get the broken easy out out, or a Rescue Bit to drill it out.
You can also use a sharp punch to shatter the easy out and get it out that way.
Do you ever come down marion way ?
If so bring the swingarm with you

Same thing happened to me. Drilled it a size bigger and then tapped the hole. I didnt bother with an easy out. Otherwise carbide bit would have been required
