The OKO adapter's are 33mm/34mm I/D, and your Keihin PE24 should be 31mm O/D .
I would think you could clamp the Oko adapter down enough to seal with the Keihin carby.

Just make sure you don't over tighten it.
Need to tighten it till the carby take's a little bit of pressure to turn it in the adapter.
