really good trick I learnt, drill a 2-4mm hole approx in the middle of the leaver going from front to back, so if you do crash you dont loose the hole leaver and arnt stranded in the middle of know where with no clutch, most people I;ve seen also ride with cut in half leavers, never snapped one...

oh another quest, sounds silly (very new to motobike engines) is there an oil filter or diaframe inisde that should be changed along with an oil change?? cheers

yeah, that was going to be my next step to check clearance, underload I think there is no tappet noise, or the sound is reduced allot. Thanks heaps for you reply, will check it out after a few more rides! cheers nic
