Yes you would have forced induction... but i dont think the CO2 would burn very well... You need oxygen+fuel to make a fire, and from these 2 burning together you get CO2 which doesnt burn, hence it been used to put out fires. You could fit a turbo giving you the right kind of forced induction...

In my expereince you can ride with the choke on and you will know when its time to turn it off because as yoru rev the engine it will start to bog down and have crappy top end with the choke on.
