Would the jets be messed up even tho the carb has maybe an hour on it?

I tried the WD40 trick and I think up? Runs so much better now that i messed with the fuel/air screw but still not top notch

Hey all! I just put a brand new Lifan 125cc engine in my bike and the new engine also came with a new carb and it runs GREAT! But... It only would run fully choked. After I messed with the fuel/air mixture on the carb I got it to run 1/2 Choke but why wont it run with NO choke?

Found the problem! XXX-747 you win. When I got the engine it looked like there was oil in it but i couldnt really tell cuz it was SOOOO thin. It looked like the oil that the entire engine was douced in to preserve it so I added my own oil... which means there was too much lol Thanks guys!

Yeah I would let it warm up and then ride it for like 5 minutes going through all the gears at low rpm then let it sit. I did that a few times then today i rode it in like 1st and second gear in the yard to do the same and thats what happened. So maybe change the oil?

Yeah, the breather tube is new as well. Im not sure what you mean by process?

Hello, I just put a brand new Lifan 125cc engine in my pit bike. Started riding it today and it doesn't kick over as easily as the old engine did but it ran good once it did. All of a sudden it dies and spits a bunch of oil out the back of the engine out of the breather tube? wtf is that...
