ill definatley be watching this build ,the frames polish up well with just autosol and a rag as I did some of mine the other day.

great build, im another fan of the white rims was actually going to buy a set of the dhz rims and powder them white now I know what they look like I want to even more, what size rims and tyres did you use? eg the 2.15/2.50 or the 2.50/3.00 combo, the clip-ons really suit it too

easily one of the best builds ive seen , makes me want to have a crack at resoring a cheap china.

pro tapers or renthal for bars, ive got both and id recommend either, forks i like fastace i had a set of as03 and loved them they were around $400 from memory.

a wheelie bar might not be any good if your bikes an offroad racer as it would probably bite into the dirt

thanks for your responses can the foam filter be oiled with k&n filter oil as ive got some of that from my car or do I need some other oil and ill give the tuning a crack and see how it goes, im determined to get the ****ter running right .

the bse frame looks like a better base for your project, looks alot better than the twin spar one.

my 200cc ducar has just had a new mikuni carby fitted ,new spark plug and new fuel lines and filter also I drained the fuel and put fresh fuel in it .. the bike starts well but anything above 2/3rds throttle it completely runs out of puff and crackles and farts etc does anybody have any ideas...
