    manual clutch

I will say this for ya, be careful what clutch you buy. I just returned a manual clutch for my honda pit bike. It was a real piece of sh!T kit. The components were not up to par and it was a 2 plate instead of a 3 plate clutch. There was casting flash all over the inside of the clutch basket...

    smokey on startup....WHY?

Sorry but I disagree. None of my bikes smoke on start up.

    smokey on startup....WHY?

If he removed the cylinder and didn't re-ring the piston, the rings may not be sealing very well and could easily be the problem.

    changing tyres

Yeppers, alot of liquid soap is the answer. 12" are no big deal with soap as mentioned above. 10" are a nightmare though and will likely drive you to insanity Any videos of someone mounting a 10" that doesn't have a punctured tube?

    Pro X140 Gearbox...

Definitely, Buy some loctite and some antiseize compound. Use where necessary. You'll likely want to pick up a metric tap & die kit while your at the store. You'll probably need it when going over the bike.

the mistery of the vanashing bearing.....

Put that china bike on a maintenance schedule and use a quality grease. You'll be fine.

    Oil Cooling

Just a little comment on an older post, Wrap the pipe, Yes... Wrap the lines, NO! Why would you want to keep the heat in the lines by putting a "blanket" on them.

Dont Kick Start You'r Bike 2 Hard!

I don't think the quality of a jialing/gpx is any better than lifan (or zongshen for that matter). I own 2 gpx's and talk regularly to a guy who owns lifans. Remember, they all come out of china. Hondas "internals", quality control and tolorances are just better, period. I'm all too familiar...

Dont Kick Start You'r Bike 2 Hard!

Yep, agreed! But the china motors are prone to kick starter problems. They just don't kick over with the sureness/feel of a honda fiddy. Said from experience.

    Jialing 150cc

Dont you mean "over square" and "under square" and not "under bore" and "over bore"? :)
