Dont know is it different version that they sell in europe but they always tend to snap from the flywheel side when overrevved. Ooracing says the same too that overrev can cause crank failure. Some say its unbalanced etcetc. but cant say too much because i havent own any zs190 engines. Overall...

You could ask Adrian at ooracing, they're testing ZS212cc.ZS190 is known for snapping crankshafts when overrevved

Little old thread but the exhaust gasket made HUGE difference in starting!!! Before it would need 4-10kicks cold when not ran in 5-8days, today i installed the exhaust gasket, the bike had been in cold without any running for 3,5 weeks, 2 Kicks and boom started right up! Definitely can recommend...

Hello! Would like to ask is 10w60 too thick for pitbike engine? Its 155cc Zongshen I found 4 litre bottle of Ipone Katana offroad 10w60 so would like to try Could it cause some damage?

That's what I am scared of, that Chinese chains cause just more damage. I could get DID G&B 420nz3 for 20$ with 124 links and I think its worth it.

Thanks for answers, Will and AntNZ! So I'm going to get either the 26/28. I know there's Quality issues on the eBay okos but if they work then I would try. Some of the Chinese okos the jet holes weren't drilled trough so not good. I think that the oko would be betterer choice than PE26 or PE28...

Never heard of this issue but about the oil, I think the 20W50 is good in Australia. I used 20W50 in my 125 in Finland where the weather is a lot colder than in Australia and it was fine. In my 125 its had little too much play in the rockers because I adjusted them wrong with 10w40 they knocked...

Thanks for the answer! I think I need more top-end power so maybe going oko 28. How do you make sure its genuine oko? There's lot of those maikunis/okos on eBay for 20$ and I would not risk my engine on that carb because the slide could get stuck and stuff.
