dude if you put the forks and swing arm on it is a big foot . why didnt you by a big foot in the first place they are 200 bucks cheaper and the rear shock up grade you get with th xr woul only set you back 180 to buy and install your self
that would have to be one of the worst crashes iv heard of with out death involved tuff stuff dude and good work gettin back on it. done your self proud.
the wires have nothing to do with the cooler. what you need is some cooler lines and an oil cooler . running the 140 lifans with out can rob them of a little per4formance so the cooler is better to have than not. as you said you self they are not air cooled.

mate as aseller of pit pros i will tell you that the thumpstar is better but as others have said finding a genuine one is hard, but a moto vert is amother option
and for the motors they both run a lifan engie tho some thumpstars have jialings

140cc DNM rear adjustable shock and marzocchi forks.
also a few moto vert pros with 150 lifans in them with a digital ignition for future mods. this is also running the dnm but has marzocchi...

a word from moto vert
with all the talk on our 250 xtr and rx's i feel that you guys deserve the word from the horses mouth.
the 250s in essense are the same as the puzeys but as one poster added with a good touch of vert.
early on in the piece i myself was a little shady on these bikes . but...
