Hi fellas, my dpro160 has developed a bit of a problem when it gets fully warmed up it won't idle or run at low rpm for any length of time. when it's cold or not quite warmed up it runs fine.
It's got a 26mm OKO flatside on it and i've taken the carby off and cleaned it but that didn't help so...
i found that with that carb on my dpro160 as i kicked it at the same time i had to go full throttle or it wouldn't go then once its goes you just let the throttle go back to idle.
Similar to what sean said i guess
well got my new shift drum and gear set on monday. I took a little bit off the shift drum shaft so its a bit tighter in there now and all is good so far hopefully is stays that way

quick question do you absolutely pull the head and all that off when you split the case or is there a way round it?
also bit of an update i've been emailing DHZ and they think it might be the shift drum causing the problem. guess i'll find out when i open it up
