Extra oil will only help with bottoming. If it's not bottoming badly you don't need extra oil. If your 95kgs you'll probably want to try medium to heavy weight fork oil. Trial and error is the only way with suspension.
Depending on the numbers and Z50's being close to stockers lap time wise maybe combining those two classes could be a good idea. I don't think it would be to fair on the chinas throwing them up against KLX's etc when some of their engines alone are worth three times as much as a decent stock...
Why get rid of the China class? I thought it would be one of the most popular classes there. I couldn't see how good it would be on a Z50 around that track. Which class/s was the lowest subscribed?
If its running fine with the choke on it sounds like your carb is running lean. The choke is just to richen up the mixture to aid cold starting. Try lowering the needle clip position or try a richer pilot jet.
It's probably just broken the pick up on the stator plate. You'll need a new stator plate (get onto the place you bought the bike from for that) and a flywheel puller to remove the flywheel. Replace the stator plate once the flywheel is off put it all back together and you should be good to go.
Would be nice to think it could be done. Probably just for members with low post counts or repeat offenders that ask questions that have already been answered 1000 times
Don't worry I am not accusing you of making posts or statements for "personal gain"
Just listing names of people you may correspond with and/or occasionally buy parts from doesn't realy mean much though. Anyone can send an email or talk on MSN. MSN is littered with chinese companies and their...
Sorry to offend you I_THUMP but blind freddy could see that you have some kind of direct or indirect connection with pimpit and/or that factory. I recall a thread where you mentioned the guy from TDR by name. Why don't you come clean and announce your connection?
I really don't need to be...
No offence but after looking at TDR chinas website I'd be trying to keep it a secret as to where pimpits come from. Some of the stuff on that website is below even most eBay bikes.
Talk to MSO mate. They're doing some great deals ATM it seems. Billet means nothing if it's low quality (see here). It always comes back to you get what you pay for. If it's cheap it's cheap for a reason. Do yourself a favour and get the best bike within your budget to begin with.
You've got a great bike if you picked it up for that much. That bike is much better quality than the majority of crap you'll find on eBay. The problem with this site is if it's not your average POS that sells on eBay then it's not spoken about with any intelligence.
