its not the carby i chucked it on a another bike and it started so not sur whats wrong wit it

hey guys my carb has petrol coming out of it and sometime it kinda back fires out of the carby and when u turn the choke off it sucks heaps of air need help please the bike is brand new only has done about 3 hours

hey guys i need help with wiring my bike from the cdi to the coil the colors of the wires from the cdi are pink ,blue&red,green&black,green&red,and a light brownish redish color I know that the pink one goes to the red&black one from the motor and i think the blue&red go to the blue&white...
