are the motors the same in the crf50 and crf70 but the crf70 has a bigger bore or is it all diffrent inside the motor??

i am wanting a crf motor only not the whole bike. want 07 model or up need to be in good condition stock preferably want one with low hours on it 20 hours or les

just wondering what the SDG 50cc motor is like?? do they go good? also can u put all the crf50 mods onto it example if i buy a takegawa clutch coversion kit will it take or or wont it go in?
