When i ride everythig is good but when i stop and give neutral work 30 40 sec and turn off i look the carbirator , air , wirering looks good what can be ? help

hello I have a problem with my xmoto 250 cc water cooled I buy brand new x moto 250 and when i started up work 30 sec or 1 min and turn off i started again and work again 30 sec or one minute at neutral (N) what can be the problem ? Thank you !
