    Use Grease If you put grease all over the head port and the bottle cap ypu can wipe it all out when you are finished. Any swarf etc will be caught in the grease.

    Can anyone give a definitive answer to: "What are the valve clearances for a 70cc Ducar in an Atomik" There seems to be a lot of "theories" and "experts" around but what is the proper setting and is it done hot or cold? Even Atomik seem confused and they give a different answer every time...
