this probably sounds like a dumb question, but how do you access/change the clip?

mini mullisha, redbaron420 - i havent touched the carb, it just bogs down when you crack the throttle and starves fuel when the revs are in the top end. the air mixture scew is 1.5 turns out and im unsure of the clip. maybe a bigger jet? rotn50 - thankyou! im really happy with the result. :)...
