Thump*140 im running a 39 pilot and 102 main on my 155z with v2 head on it, I still think ill have to go to a 40 or bigger to stop mine from backfiring on decelaration its only half a turn out on the air screw and running a bit lean going by the colour of the plug.

an oko 26 carby made my atomik 150 start shit loads easier, i ran a 37 pilot and a 97 main with the clip set second from the bottom. Make sure you start just past top dead centre and kick it hard. starts first kick cold with choke.

Wogtaz, I have the same set that you had, did you find it was a bit dead down low then soon as the revs come up it pulls like hell. I never rode the 155 standard i put the head straight on, im guessing its because of the big cam that makes it a little dead low in the rev range?

I have a set of old set of Gpx forks that have that valve problem (clickers seem to do nothing). They are a different setup, they do not use any air but I have never pulled the foot off the fork tube. The quick way I did it was undo the top cap slide it up a bit, tip out what you can then put it upside down in a bucket and push it up and down to pump out the rest of the oil. Mine are black lables the rebound and compression scews are set just over half way. 15wt mite be to stiff, you would probably have to have them backed right off. The x4r ones look the same except for the top cap, I would of thought they would be the same other than that.

I put 225ml 7.5 wt oil in mine, im 70kg

Does the dampening tube get filled sparatley to the outer tube, 75-100ml for the inner then 225ml for the outer tube, I thought they were one unit that mixes together.

Has any one stripped down Gpx forks into the inner piston assembley, the rebound does not work properly and on rebound they make a clunk sound. I have had them pulled down to just the lower fork tube but cannot work out how to get into the inner piston inside the tube.

Pbk do you have a elka rear shock on your x4r and is it mutch better than the dnm.
