hey guys so i just pulled out my sons 110cc lifan quad, put the battery in turned the key on and the lights were dull, so i tried to start it and it would crank slow for a few seconds then just start clicking, ive tried a new battery and no luck. so any ideas guys? its driving me insane

hi i just picked up a buggy for the mrs and kids for $200, its got a lifan 110 electric start single speed engine in it but the last owner pulled the wiring apart and never managed to get it to run again. im confident ive got the engine wired up right but i cant manage to get the elect starter...
