DHZ_XR8cing - is the part your referring to look like a tophat, sort of? and its solid? Carlts - umm im not sure if i tampered with the clutch discs, ill have to check that, but how am i supposed to know how the clover piece is tightened correctly? thanks

hey guys, i replaced the gear selector shaft on my dhz 160 about a month ago, and the whole bike is finally back together now. (was busy as lately) anyway, i cant seem to select neutral gear now, and my clutch is also really stiff, and doesnt work... im pretty sure i put it all back together...

yeah i saw all the timing lines on the engine block and the flywheel, and it also has some on the exterior of which i think is the rotor kit? its connected to the crankshaft because i can turn the bottom end of the engine over by twisting the rotor with my hand. i can see all the timing lines...
