i would recommend Dunlop, Kenda are a little better but they are much more pricey, my dunlop's lasted ages and i got both for only $60 try your local bike dealer :)

almost all dirt bikes fuel filters are in the tank, where the fuel switch is, that is the filter.

performance wise it wont do anything, but it will help the carbie get better fuel flow, it will make the bike more reliable!

you can get NOS for pocket bikes, i used to have some on mine :D
