carb slider sorted now thanks was not fitted properly

hi I stripped down my carb to clean on my 140 pit bike once put back together bike will start but I cant rev it on inspection I found the needle does not go up and down and when twisting throttle forward the the end of wire in cable comes into view what can I do help
