I have A 1978 Yamaha Chappy LB50 will not start. I have power to coil and coil is new but no spark at plug. I have no manual so what is procedure to start. Also battery is dead could that be the problem. I got this not running so kinda in the dark on history. Thanks

I just started working on this again. I forgot to mention on the wiring harness on the right side of air box are two wires a green with yellow stripe and a brown that are not plugged in to anything. where do these plug in at. Thanks

What is the procedure on setting points?

The test light will flicker when I kick it over.

I have a 78 Yamaha Chappy has no spark but with a test light I have power up to the wire that plugs into coil wire. Best way to test coil still on bike. Need help. Thanks
