    they use the same frames as what pitt boss empire used to be flogging off for around $800. so the frame and swing arm are good. everything else on it is ok as well. fair bike for the money.

    3 valve head

    was just wondering if anyone has ever fitted a 3 valve head to a 125 or 140 size bore? the 3 valve has 2 mounts from the head to the bore on one side, rather than the regular 1 on the regular heads. im in the process of making the raddest motor ever and just wondering if any one else has tried.

    slugger, if u r not getting any resistance between the wires then your stator is rooted. and btw i got the resistances around the wrong way. so it should be vice versa. and yeah the kill switch is Normaly Open when the engine is running.

    by the sounds of what you r saying i would think u have broken a tooth of your second gear. if you have i would probably have a spare gear that would fix your problem. Easiest and first thing you should do is check the internal oil filter because broken teeth usually end up in there.

    make sure ya breather isnt blocked, cos if it is it causes pressure to build up in the case which can pop seals out of their seats and push oil up and into places it shouldnt be (like into the bore) i had this happen on a few bikes that came into work

    that sounds about right. Pretty much the only advantage u will get from a 200 or a 250 is that they have a 5th gear. going against a mate that had one i kept up to him on my 125 right untill he got to 5th gear.
