    Nitrous oxide?

hey mate your choke is exactly that a choke its chokes the carby but still lets the fuel in thus starving your motor of air but flooding your cylinder.. so bad idea as you need wide open throttle for nos mostly... NOS (brand name) N2O expandes the oxygen particels surounding it when realeased...

    Engine options,

a 80 is smaller in size then your 125! and if you find an old air cooled one its a breeze... but i would prefer to go with a watercooled which i will when my ducar dies but it just aint... i might choose the KTM 65 because its a screamer but an 80 just sounds better... look on a few american...

    Engine options,

drop a cr80 2 stroker in it with the box fits fairly easy if ya handy with a welder.... just make sure you can hold on... that could be done fairly cheap to. alot cheaper then putting a crf50 modded motor or stock that matter in...

    Stock Muffler Fun

by no exhaust do you mean no end can? because if you have NO exhuast you will burn out your exhaust valve... p.s i thought a JR50 was 2 stroke so no end can would make less power more noise.

    Ducar Mods

for 1 the choke is wrong and for 2 they are made to fit the same manifold so you can see the barrel is smaller on the one on the right... mines the same as the one on the left but it is a 26mm kehin(better then mikuni in my experiance) not pit bike related...

    seized engine ducar

also dirty oil i a major factor in a new motor.... all the crappy casting gets washed around the motor... i know of alot of motors that have seized to to this.. has anyone thought of making a oil filter setup for any of thses motors...
  20. A

    seized engine ducar

the piston dosent often seize in a 4 stroke.. it is usally the bottom in bearings due to lack of oil... or in an aircooled motor overheating the oil and never changing it... oil looses is viscousity rating when it is over heated... change it more often to avoid this..
