yes, also depending one price. i saw lengthened swingarms to suit the mini r1 frame and rims that were $190US :eek: if they're that much i'll modify what i've got.

nah i'm keeping most of the original frame, just have to cut and weld the motor mounts a bit, cut of a few brackets and put a firewall over the motor area. compared to other pocket bike frames this one is really good. all the welds are good and it's made with better metal than the others.

the swingarm i have at the moment will probably only fit the rims off the mini r1 pocket bike. these are really wide and hard (;)) to find. my swingarm also has a bit of surface rust in it in places i can't get to. i want to use something like mini motard rims to reduce the chance of the tyres...

i'm just looking for a cheap replacement at the moment. i just bought it anyway. does anyone make or sell quaranteed performance cdis? i've seen posts on here that say some make a big difference and others you wouldn't even know.

which cdi do you have? my mates one has two white plugs and the ebay ones have one green plug. will either one work? how much for your cdi + post to 2753 nsw?

can anyone tell me if this coil will suit a ducar 125? http://tinyurl.com/tloes i know it says suits thumpstar etc but my mates ducar has a similar but slightly different one and i don't want to get the wrong one. cheers chris

the guy i bought it off said something about electric start. are the wires in the second pic for that? my mates one didn't have any of those wires.

tubes380-it's only a motor not a whole bike. trashthumpy-i've already got that one and a couple of others, thanks anyway though. i had a look at my mates one tonight and i think i'll need an entire wiring loom or i need a coil and cdi and do the rest myself.

i've got a 125 ducar and am in the process of wiring it up, but i don't know where the cdi is. the wires i have coming from near the spinny bit on the LHS are red/black, yellow, green, white, blue/white and next to the spinny bit coming from under something the wires are green/black, red/blue...

cheers. when i got it the slide was already around the wrong way and wouldn't go down at all. now it goes down the whole way but is really hard to pull. it might be ebcause it isn't hooked up to anything and i'm just doing it by hand though. i think i'll leave the carb alone then. i tried...

i got a ducar 125 today and i was having a look inside the carby when a part fell out. it looks sort of like a W. is it important? second thing is the intake slide valve meant to be difficult to open? it seems like the spring is too hard. last question, the carby and manifold both look like...

i don't think i'll bother, sounds like more trouble than it's worth. maybe if i find some way of supercharging :D
