thats seems odd... i just replaced my throttle cable and i didnt have to adjust anything besides the tension... possible the spring maby damaged Good luck mate

The more u try to make it quiet the more u are gonna restrict the engine and u will go heaps slow. They rely on no restriction why the hell do u think they have a loud one on there from the factory.

Your coil could of got wet and now is stuffed same thing happened to me!! All well shit happens! If it is the coil u can just buy a new one of ebay or a pit bike shop

Just take all the padding out or take it off competly.(place a recorder, or a trumpet on the header pipe) You can hear mine from a 1km away and i have gottin in shit. Yet lol

To ensure it dont slip anymore dont have to much tire pressure thats wat i found out the hard way.

Dude your tire is probly worn out or if the tyre is new they are usually slippery so after a couple of rides it will stop sliding.

It is better to leave it on while riding cus u wont lose fuel pressure and it also vents air ou so it doesnt compress and explode.

NGK is ok but i heard from people that they dont last ver long. I have a MSD plug in my 125cc bike and it is great. Espicially on cold days it starts first kick. They last for ages, I put one in when i first got the bike and aint touvhed it for 2 years!!!!

DUCAR: Personally have one and is excelent. Great power and torque and reilaible LIFAN: Have mates who have them and have heard not as good as Ducar prone to not starting and reliablity problems.

Just take it easy for the first couple of rides as a new engine is ver tight, Dont rev it hard!. Also u may notice a wird smell that is becuse of the engine being new as my bike and my friends both smelled. When the smell doesnt appear anymore u can go for it!!!!! Have Fun

Blue smoke doesnt really mean stuffed engine cus when i first got my bike it was throwing out blue smoke but after a couple of months it stopped. Balck smoke usually means too rcih so lean it out a tad.

First thing to do would be to lean it out cus it sounds like excess fueli s leaking into the exhaust and causing backfire. If that dont work then u might have dirt in ure carby and u will need to clean it out. Let me know how it goes

Who cares 10W 40 is wat u run these things on i use Castrol 4T and its probaly the best

Premium is better cus the motor runs cleaner and longer. I use 95 Octane premium cus I found the 98 was too much for the motor to handle it was running rough.

My bike is the same i think it is the coil because i can hear a clicking noise coming from it and it will not engage the starter. So you may need a new coil.

The cheapest and probaly the easiest way to get more speed is to change the rear sprocket. My bike orginally had a 47 tooth sprocket and while it was good for hills it had no top speed. So I changed it to a 37 tooth sprocket and it is heaps quick now. Just make sure when buying one all the...
