ok..ive jus realised...all u need 2 do is....see in the middle there is slitz in the side of tha nut...pyut a screwdriver in there put a rag over the end of the screw driver and then hit with a hammer.....it will lossen.....but be careful because there is a spring inside it....its a s imple...

ok.....we took the motor out of the bike because its easier to work on it that way...take the side cover on the clutch side off...remove the clutch assembly & main drive gear....(note were all the parts go back in becuase they are quite fidly) This will give u acces to the actual gear...
