    Spares for the YX 150 are not easy to source. I have been trying to find rings for weeks with no luck and have them on order. When and if they will turn up is anyones guess.

    Head Bolts Torque Setting

    I am replacing the rings on a YX 150 and need to know how much to torque the head bolts. Anyone know for this or a similar engine and where I can purchase rings and gaskets? The piston is 60mm diameter.

    Tried to get needle bearings at three different bearing shops today but hey are not available in 20mm & 21.5mm OD. I was able to get two brass bushes (one inside the other) to make up the 20mm OD and 10mm ID but nothing matched the 21.5mm OD, so I will be making up a bush myself out of a stick...

    Rear Shock Bushes

    I have considered using roller bearings or having a bushes turned out of brass or nylon but I thought this may cause cracking on the frame or swingarm. Thanks revengturbo, if you have tried the needle rollers I will give them a go.
